• The main aim to start Bihar Laghu Yojana is to provide a financial support for unemployed youth to start their own business.
• Small businesses will get upliftment with the help of this scheme.
• Laghu udymi Yojana also help in promoting the local products of Bihar.
• This will also help to encourage the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan started by the Central Government of India.

Eligibility Criteria

• The basic criteria are that the applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar State.
• If your age is between 18 and 50 years, then you can apply for this scheme.
• Applicant family income is not more than 6000 rupees monthly.
• If anyone who has already taken benefit of Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana, then he is not eligible again for this scheme.
• The applicant’s Bank account should be linked with Aadhaar.

Bihar Laghu Udyami Yojana Application Process

• If you decide your business, in which year you are interested, then the next step is the registration process.
• For registration again, you have to visit the homepage: https://udyami.bihar.gov.in/.
• The applications for Bihar Laghu udymi Yojana are accepted from the 19th of February to the 5th of March.
• On the homepage register here button will be display. Click on it. Then enter your Aadhar number and mobile number and request for OTP.
• When your OTP verification is completed then application form will be open on your screen. In this form enter details like your name, address, bank details ect.
• Also upload necessary documents on the official website.
• Finally submit your application form and save the acknowledgement slip.

Selection Process
